This instrumental number was supposedly recorded by Dave during the studio sessions for his "Some Devil" album. It was officially released on a compilation CD called, "Sounds of Wood and Steel, Vol. 3".
The riff is exactly that of the Mother Father bridge/outro, and, in fact, the words "litho" and "blitho" supposedly mean mother and father in an African language. Also worth noting about the title is that it was recorded in Studio Litho, which is Stone Gossard's studio in Seattle ("litho" is a Greek root word for "stone").
